Delete your account & data
Use this page to request deletion of your Kalvimarg account and personal data (website and mobile apps).
How to request deletion
- Submit the form below with the email address linked to your Kalvimarg account.
- Or email [email protected] from that same address with subject “Data deletion request”.
- We verify ownership of the account, then delete personal data. Typical turnaround: within 30 days of a verified request.
What we delete
- Your user account (email/password or Google Sign-In link)
- Profile details (name, phone, photo) stored for you as a parent, teacher, or tutor
- Parent–student links you created, notifications, and device push tokens
- App session and authentication data tied to your account
What may be retained
- School-owned student records (attendance, fees, marks, etc.) managed by a school administrator — those remain under the school’s control until the school removes them.
- Legal / audit records we must keep for a limited time (e.g. fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax or regulatory obligations).
- Anonymized analytics that no longer identify you.
