"From the College Website

The Kavery Educational Trust was Established and registered in the year 1997. It concentrates on the education of rural area people. The drastic department in the technical field initiated the trust to start a Polytechnic College in the name and style of “The Kavery Polytechnic College”. Initially polytechnic College was started with three branches of Diploma Courses now it has seven Engineering branches. Hoping the statement “Teachers generate the World”, the trust established “The Kavery Teacher Training Institute” & “ The Kavery College of Education” that are ded-icated to train up the students to be dedicated teachers. Also the trust gathered that Engineers rule over the entire world. Hence a proposal was flashed out to establish a Engineering College in the name and style of “The Kavery Engineering College”. This Group of Institutions located on the Salem to Mettur main road in 27 acres wide calm and beautiful location suitable for Best Quality of Education."
