From the College Website Shree Sathyam College of Engineering and Technology abbreviated as SSCET set up in 2011. The management board of trustees has drawn out extensive schemes of constructing new buildings which when completed would provide the best infrastructural facilities of the super-models of higher educational institutions located in Sankari- a unique vision indeed!
The college is affiliated to Anna University of Technology, Coimbatore ,approved by AICTE, New Delhi. It has been imparting excellent technical education ever since. .With the cream of the engineering talent encompassing both students and faculty coupled with state-of-the-art infrastructure facilities, it is of little wonder that SSCET today stands as one of the stalwarts of Engineering Education in Tamilnadu. SSCET teaches not just the science and technology of engineering to the student, but also instilling in each student the virtues and skills needed to face new challenges enabling them to make a difference in tomorrow's world.

- The Department of Computer Science and Engineering was started in the year 2011 to render services to the student community to meet the growing global challenges. The department is well equipped with new hardware and software laboratories with internet and WI-FI connectivity.
The Department's mission is to advance, evolve and enhance computer science and computing engineering fundamentals to build the intellectual capital of our research and of our students. Our endeavor is to make the CSE Department an important regional, national, and international resource center for the development of computing and IT systems and applications. The Department is witnessing a period of exciting growth and opportunity.
Our Campus Location
The college campus is located at Sankari,situated on Salem-Coimbatore National Highway . The college is well connected by road,rail & Air to Chennai,Bangaluru,Coimbatore & Salem and can be reached by Bus from Salem, Tiruchengode , Bhavani, Erode ,Edappadi and they should get down at Kuppanur in NH - 47 which is 1.5-Kms from Sankari Town , 20-Kms from Bhavani,26 Kms from Erode,12 Kms from Edappadi and 35 kms from Salem.
Erode Junction and Sankari Railway Station are the nearest Railway Station. It is 120 Km from Coimbatore Airport and 35 Km from Salem Airport. Special arrangements are made to pickup & drop the Staff & Students from Erode Junction and Bus Stand.
