"From the College Website
It was the dream of our First Bishop of Syro Malankara Diocese of Marthandam Most Rev. Lawrence Mar Ephraem, to establish and provide higher educational opportunities to the young Men and Women. In order to come true the dream, former Bishop Most Rev. Yoohanon Mar Chrysostom founded and established “MAR EPHRAEM COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY” at Malakara Hills, Elavuvilai which is 4.5 k.m. from Marthandam. To enable students to explore the resources available to them and make their experience of it unique, personal and internalized efforts are proposed. In short to undergo a transformational learning. We represent this through our core values. A new generation engineering college that stands out from the others with its commitment to quality was the prime aim. The affection to emerging technology leads to the formation of a technological based institute which brings a standardized education to the young generation.
Vision: A world class Malankara institution of higher learning renowned for its excellence in Science and Technology and for its commitment to the holistic development of the individual and Society.
