TRUST Sri Gnana Ganapathy Foundation is a Trust instituted by eminent philanthropists and Educationists. The Foundation has the honor of having enlightened people at the helm of the affairs and administration. Both the Correspondent of the College Thiru C.K. Sundaram and the Chairman Thiru.R.Krishnaswamy are noted contractors in road construction and infrastructure development and renowned for their philanthropic activities, especially in temple renovation works. The Secretary of the Trust and College Dr.K.Kumarasamy , is a scholar of eminence whose credentials are quite impeccable. His rich experience as an academician and education administrator has helped the Institution with quality concept. He was Director of Collegiate of College Education, Govt. of Tamil Nadu and Member of NCTE, SRC, Bangalore. His contribution in the field of higher education is evergreen and he has represented the Government of Tamil Nadu in the capacity of a Member of Syndicate of Madras University, Bharathiar University, Bharathidasan University, Annamalai University, Periyar University, Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Mother Therasa University and Madurai Kamaraj University.

With this view, Sri Gnana Ganapathy foundation started Kalaivani College of Technology in 2009 with the approval of AICTE,New Delhi and AUT, Coimbatore. Kalaivani College of Technology is committed to prepare Engineers for the future with outstanding potentialities. Our idea is to develop the holistic personality of the students and thereby to produce engineers with competence and character who are fit not only to join the industry, but also to transform the nation. The College is located amidst serene surroundings in a quiet village of Palathurai. It is 16km from Coimbatore Railway Junction, 12 km from Ukkadam Bus terminal and 20km from Coimbatore Airport."
